stay there if you have no morals False advertising doesn't even offer the rooms they show on the website , no cleanliness, dirty, not taken care of.. horrible customer service, doesn't even reserve the room you book to begin with. The walls are covered in smoke stains, floors are sticky even with shoes on. if you liek to wait 10+min to check in this service is for you... my door that i was supposed to stay in had massive dents on the outside, the key fob didnt even work, then come to find out that door was just broken... while waiting to check in there was a family staying there already that was using the luggage cart to bring in 8 cases of beer and 10 pizzas in.... you could hear everything as you were going down the hallway

A great place to stay. Easy access to freeway and events going on in Sacramento. Free breakfast and free parking is a bi Clean but not fancy. Couldn’t get tv to work but most likely the user. Enjoyed the breakfast variety, loved my waffles. And staff was pleasant to work with. Also free parking was a bonus. Would definitely return and recommend to my friends and family.

Almost thought it was ok hotel. But no I thought Wyndham was a reputable name. Hallways were dirty and not vacuumed. Bathroom door not able to close as it was bent from frame. Should be a motel as it felt like one. Embarrassing to bring my wife to this hotel. Her face said it all. Just let down.

**Major Smoke issue from neighbors This hotel advertises that it is smoke-free and that our room was a non-smoking room. Well, what happens if your neighbor smokes a ton of weed and the fumes go straight into your room via an AC vent? This hotels response was to simply give me a can of lavender air freshener. No joke. Completely suboptimal. Worse night of sleep. Gave us both huge headaches. Had to go outside repeatedly to get fresh air. Aside from this issue, on every side of the hotel there are homeless encampments. Parking lot full of trash when we arrived on a friday afternoon. Not the most inviting place. Would not come again.

It's like a Motel 6 that's trying to be a Hilton On paper, and from a distance, this hotel looks kind of upscale. But when you look closer, you can see the cracks in the walls, the torn wallpaper, the stains on the floor and ceiling, the bugs in the hot tub, etc. Listen: I'm not complaining. I got this hotel for less than $100 on a Friday night. Bed was comfy. Shower got me clean. Breakfast was your typical spread. I was debating on whether to stay at Homewood Suites for $200 or here for $98, and I chose to be a cheapskate. If I could choose again, I'd still go for the cheaper option. This hotel was fine for me. However, I would not recommend if you're looking for a romantic getaway or anything.
