Good Place for the fair price Great location, very near to multiple freeways, stores an restaurants. Comfy and clean room. The breakfast can be better, but works for something quick.

Very Bad internet signal above the 1st floor Had a room on the 5th floor. No problem with the room. The problem we found is the hotel's internet for the 5th floor cannot not accommodate a gaming console for online play. Bought a wifi extender but that still didn't improve the signal. Asked for a different room closer to the router signal but the hotel is FULL due to the Mather Air show. Management said they will move us tomorrow. No offer of compensation for our problem. Makes our first experience with Hyatt disappointing.

Newly Renovated Rooms The rooms are nice and clean as they were newly renovated. Pool is good. Breakfast is very limited and quite poor. Overall it is a good place to visit.

If you love horrible service and experience, this is the perfect place to stay! This hotel has terrible service. They do not have daily housekeeping service. If you run out of towels or toilet paper, you have to ask the front desk to supply you with some. There oatmill was disgusting and scrambled eggs were cold. My husband requested a 2pm checkout and was checked out 12pm. Basically locked out of the room. Ridiculous. Also, they are requesting a daily parking fee (waived for world of Hyatt members). There parking used to be complimentary for the past few years. FYI-There are so many other hotels chains in the area to choose from, I would recommend staying away from this one or go to downtown for better service and experience.
