Good hotel for families. I stayed here for one night. I checked in around 7 p.m. on December 8th, 2024. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, and the breakfast selection was plentiful. The only suggestion I have, and it's minor: the hotel website info should be updated so that it states breakfast stops being served at 9:30 a.m. on weekdays.

Reunion was a Success! My husband and I hosted a reunion of veterans in Harper Ferry and Charles town. We used the Holiday inn as our central location for a few days. It was perfect. The rooms were excellent and located together in the building. We used the meeting room, which was available, for long talks, fellowship and card games. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is conveniently located and was easy for everyone to find. We were greatly blessed by this choice!

Mandy was A++ I stayed here when i ran in a marathon at Shepard University. It’s a great hotel, and Mandy at the front desk was a huge help. I can’t thank her enough. Because of her, i extended my checkout and had time to relax after the race. It was a big help. Also, the room itself was clean, the bathroom was stocked with great products, and overall it was better than many other places I’ve stayed.

A Wonderful Treat On Our Road Trip What a lovely experience. The check in team at the front desk, Mateo and Brianna were super friendly and swift with the check in.The rooms were big and clean. Super comfy bed and linens and pillows. Pool was lovely. Great location, easy parking etc. And the chocolate chip cookies at the front desk were arm and tasty.

Touring the area We travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The room was huge and comfortable. The staff was awesome! The kitchen staff takes care of you and their breakfast was delicious each day! The pool was inviting and we will return here!
