Rapid City Hilton Garden Very large room and comfortable bed. Spent some time in the hottub, really relaxed this very tired traveler! Hotel was very nice. Staff was very attentive. We did not visit the restaurant on site. But I am sure the quality and staff were top notch.

Worst hotel experience ever! Worst hotel experience ever! The hotel is very dirty from the stains on the floors throughout the hotel, to the stains on the furniture in your room. The front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was a mess. We were seated, served drinks, then ghosted until we finally left. The beds are very uncomfortable, squeaky, and slope to the center. Not worth what they charge whatsoever. I would suggest you stay somewhere else!

Stacy at the front desk was brilliant! Stacy, the young lady at the front desk, was slammed when we checked in. She was brilliant! Never lost her cool - she checked people in AND ran items up and down to the rooms. I do have to say that if you have allergies there is a heavy fragrance smell throughout the lobby and hallway. It smacks you in the face when the front doors open. I noticed a very large Hotel diffuser sitting outside the elevators that was the source. Otherwise, great experience and clean!!

Easy toc heck in with app. Accessible rooms available. Very friendly service at breakfast, which was excellent. Dinner was also very good. Very clean accessible rooms.

Friendly Home Base My family and I stayed for four nights while we visited the many beautiful sights that South Dakota and Wyoming have to offer. From the Devils Tower, Spearfish, Deadwood, Mt.Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Badlands. The Hotel was in the perfect location to be home base. The Front Desk staff was exception, very friendly and helpful. Each day when we came back to the hotel we were treated like long lost family. Thank you...Tahilia, Camile (you will be great in Sales), Stacy, Janelle and Mary or the wonderful experience. Rooms were super clean as well.
