Filthy, decrepit and I found a bed bug This motel is just plain filthy! I was staying only 1 night, but left after I found a bed bug. I reported to the front clerk, called numerous times, sent a certified letter, and called again after they received my certified letter, and still, I haven't heard back from anyone. I not only wanted to make sure that they took steps to eradicate the bed bugs, but I also wanted and requested the return of 1/2 (approx. $95.00), of my money back (even though I spent an additional $69. for bed bug spray and bed bug laundry detergent, just incase I brought some home with me). I should sue them for the full amount I paid plus the additional $69.00+, since they have ignored me. Now, after a couple of months of attempting to get an answer to the bed bug issue and the return of 1/2 of my money, I'm finally left with no other choice than to leave this review. I didn't want to write a review right away, because I wanted to give them a chance to take care of the bed bugs (and the other bugs that were in my room), and honor my request for a partial refund. My intent has never been to injury their business or reputation, but they have left me no choice. I apologize to anyone who has stayed at this motel during the summer of 2021 and encountered the same deplorable issues I suffered. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I hope I never to again.

Visitor The location was good, but other than that, I wouldn’t stay there again. Parking was horrible. Air conditioner barely put out any air. Smelled musty. Was not very clean. Shower curtain was horrible. The halls & rooms needed more lights. Overall, it needs alot of work done to it.

Great location but the rooms were terrible. The rug was tore up, there was hair in the shower/tub area. The bathtub drained very slow. There was no daily housekeeping. The mattress had vomit stains on it, and the comforter had blood stains on it. Please see photo's.

Adequate The hotel was adequate for what we wanted. Good location near bars and restaurants. A bit of a walk to the beach. The hotel is old and run down but our room was clean. Indoor pool needed to be updated- as did the entire motel. If you are doing Rehoboth on a budget it’s not a bad stay.

DO NOT stay here. Covid Beware! They allow people to stay with known Covid symptoms. I had to cancel my reservation due to Covid symptoms. They would not refund my deposit, accused me of lying, no credit for future travel and then hung up the phone on me. Wow! I was flabbergasted by lack of professionalism and offended by lack of cooperation. I travel often and have never been treated so poorly! Shocked and hurt!
