DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL I stayed in many hotels, and this one was the worst, No drinking glasses in the bathroom. Light illuminating the exterorior could not be blocked by drapes that would not completely close. At 1:30 a.m., the HACV failed, letting g out a high-pitched grinding noise. I asked for a refund. The front desk manager said he would tell the manager who would email me. So far, no word. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A PEACEFULL NIGHT'S SLEEP.

Bait & Switch Evacuation Rate Policy We stayed here when we were evacuated from our home due to a wildfire. After spending the first night of the evacuation at another hotel across town, we moved to this hotel because it was closer to our home and our granddaughter's school, even though their discounted rate for evacuees was higher than all of the other hotels in the area. This hotel was also older and not as well-maintained, but it was clean. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. My grievance is primarily about how the nightly rate increased after our first night. Nowhere was it advertised (nor were we told when we checked in) that the special evacuee rate was only good for one night. In fact, the hotel staff didn't tell us they were raising the rate until the second time we extended our reservation, which was after the third night of our stay. Had we known up front, we would have sought less expensive accommodations. I feel like this hotel took advantage of us and other residents of their community at a very difficult time.

Tired Hampton rooms need a refresh Hotel is old and shows it’s age. There is a reason it was the cheapest ($200) Hilton in Reno. I reserved an accessible room with two beds. At check in they gave us a regular room with one bed. I told them I was traveling with my mother, who is disabled and I needed the room I reserved. The young lady checking me in was very helpful. I ended up with a handicapped room with one bed and a sofa bed. While not ideal, I understand issues happen and the desk agent did all she could do to meet our needs. I would not stay here again if I needed a specific type room, but if traveling by myself where I really don’t care what they give me, I would give this place another chance.

Run down, NOT - FAR from any retail or restaurants - just NOT worth the price! Very rundown property. Looking shabby… needs painting, updates. Rooms very small and tight. 1 of 2 elevators not working. Room had stains on ceiling. Toilet had scratches/chips in the seat. Rooms smelled strongly of perfume or soapy cleaners. Elevators dirty - needed sweeping, mopping. Elevator had graffiti scratched inside.
