Great hotel for people and animal lovers. The hotel met all my expectations. The cat friendly room was great. My kitties were safe and contented. The breakfast and coffee was good. The beds were were very comfortable. I would recommend my friends to this hotel. The kitties gave a two paws up!

The Rates and GPS brought us here. Our journey was a family business dash from BC to AZ. My wife loves the BW brand. If the rates are affordable we stay at Best Western. The rates were very affordable. The GPS, saving fuel and miles put us along a western valley of the Wasatch range. We had a leisurely breakfast at Beaver, stopped at Sports and Pawn, had the check engine light checked NAPA and got out of town late. By the time we neared Richfield my wife was saying, "I think we're in the Twilight Zone." I got many of THOSE looks. Almost as bad as the 60 mile washboard road look in Death Valley. Then we arrived at BW Richfield. Personality change. Perfect room, perfect rest. On the road for another 600 miles.

Very nice and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly &helpful. Very clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly and a comfortable place for a smoker to use outside. I highly recommend staying at Best Western Richfield Inn. Breakfast and coffee in the mornings too.

Helpful & great fitness center We’ve stayed here twice on our way from CA to CO and will stay again. The fitness center is wonderful and the staff are courteous. I especially appreciate that they found and saved my youngest daughter’s favorite blanket that we accidentally forgot. We were able to get it in our return trip.

Incredibly Rude Staff Absolutely do not stay here. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They argued with us for 10 minutes claiming that we had lied to them about not having a dog to get around the $20 pet fee when no one ever asked us if we had a dog traveling with us. The rooms are not clean and the parking lot was riddled with broken bottles. There are much better and more enjoyable places to stay near here, and I would recommend finding anywhere else but here.
