I would not recommend ever staying here. I got the worst night sleep of my trip here. We took a 6 day trip across states to move. We stayed at 5 hotels, and this one was horrible. The walls are paper thin, and the Inn was noisy all night long. I heard yelling, door slamming, feet stomping, parties, and staff talking very loudly, at all hours of the night. Even when trying to sleep in, because I was woken up so much, and it was out of the question. I was on the first floor, and the noise from the front desk and lobby made sleep impossible. The staff were also very rude, especially the night staff. To top off a truly hideous stay, I found a cockroach in my room as I was cleaning up. I would not recommend ever staying here.

Not too bad overall. Not too bad overall. However, we did find an empty soap wrapper from a hotel bar of soap that was left on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. Also, the bathroom floor looked like someone missed a couple of spots. We were on the second floor and it seemed pretty quiet. The beds were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

golf really nice place, clean, great pool area, breakfast was one of the best I've had. THe staff was great, easy parking, a lot of food near by. would stay again perfect wonderful, centrally located right next to interstate

Room was nice -Staff was friendly - Would stay here again Very nice hotel and pet friendly. We were given a room at the end of the hall next to the exit with a grassy area for our pet. Josh at check out was great and we will definitely stay here again when traveling throught

Find someplace else! The room was in sad shape. Large & obvious damage on nightstand, tile missing on floor border by tub, toilet seat damaged& shower curtain torn badly in several places. Condition of room was more like a cheap motel not a franchise of decent reputation. When I tried to tell the hotel manager the morning we checked out, he dismissed me & said he wasn’t housekeeping. I replied to him since he was manager he WAS responsible for housekeeping & reputation of hotel & as I was saying this he kept interrupting me & telling me to “ have a nice day” instead of listening to me and even trying to apologize. Totally rudely dismissed me. Worst experience ever at any hotel! Choice contacted me after I emailed and said they wanted to make it right but I have no faith in this chain anymore. There is always “ one bad apple” but this was a rotten one. Beware of Richfield Comfort Inn.
