I loved it 10/10 I love it here the staff is so friendly the rooms are clean and they have a pool!!!I would recommend this hotel every time!!! They even have breakfast! If you want to have a good night rest come to surestay.. the coffee here is really good too .. thanks for being so friendy!

Need deep clean & repairs Door fell apart to the lobby as I went to check in and almost knocked me out as it fell apart. Linens are extremely stained. Room was dirty and lots of hair laying around in corners. Shower curtain was stained and had mold at the bottom.

Horrible No towels in room , No juice for breakfast the machine was down asked for a housekeeper to clean my room nobody never came , They accused me of not paying for the room asked me to pay again $140 cause their machine was down Never again worst experience

Workflow Very clean, update, comfortable stay. Staff was nice, very accomdating. Would highly recommend staying here if you passing by.

BAD!! Room 201 had blood on the sheets TV did not work so they moved us room 226 and AC did not work in this room the shower had almost no water coming out over all not a great stay the people working there where polite and nice but was hard to understand them
