Great location and stay for a Family Reunion Great location and great place to stay Located not far from I55 and located near lots of stores and restaurants. Clean, quiet, and great customer service from the entire staff!! Fresh hot omelets made to order and hot breakfast buffet!!!!!

Not the same Always love the Embassy, but this time was different. Room was not clean like usual. I noticed stains on curtains and on the walls where looks like food particles was splattered and not wiped down. They also charged my debit card twice for food, and told me that happens often but shows up on their end as one transaction so they cannot refund anything. You all really need to get that fixed. Had to dispute with my bank. Bedding was good and clean, hot in bedroom ( we had a suite). Food and drinks were great. I would suggest again to fix the problem with double charging and clean those inconspicuous areas.

Room was not clean. I like the convenience of this property, but unfortunately, I found my room to be dirty. The floor had crumbs, small pieces of plastic, and other debris all around. At least one of the towels was unclean, there was hair in the shower, and the bedding smelled mildewy. Would not stay here again.

MOLD EVERYWHERE!! HEALTH HAZARD We got in late & we’re only staying one night. There was mold on the ceiling, walls, floor, entire drain & even the shower head in our room. I notified clerk at checkout & sent pics after I was told there was no manager on duty over the weekend. Not the typical Embassy standards. I would not stay here again!!This situation could be very scary for a person with respiratory issues.

Disappointed The breakfast is now served for you and less options as before. The food was warmed over tasting and just not good. The evening reception has made cuts with food too. The juice is watery now. Used to be so good. Why make cuts but not on price ?!?
