We’ve stayed here before We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time find place really dirty. Shower was gross, dirty & moldy. Halls and stairs don’t look like they’ve been vacuumed in a long time. Tile floors in common area were dirty & sticky. I sounded like Sponge Bob walking on them. Girl at the desk last night however was great! Springhill Suites is right next door. Will stay there next time.

GM called our room at 1:30 a.m., NOT CLEAN room & not a Hampton Inn quality!! We had to relocate due to a house fire and our insurance company booked this hotel because it was closer to our kids school. At time of check-in, no credit card was asked for and keys were provided to our room. Upon entry into our room, there was a massive hair ball in front of the mini fridge and room not very clean. We have two young kids and school, so we overlooked a lot. At 1:30 a.m. our guest room phone starts ringing from the General Manager on duty stating he needs a credit card immediately for incidentals. He was rude, forceful and asked for a credit card over the phone; which is not PCI compliant. He said we would need to come to the front desk now or provide over the phone. I understand a card is needed on file but due to their lack of training at the front desk, this should be addressed during ‘business hours’ and not waking up and entire guest room at 1:30 a.m. or leave a folio underneath the door with a note to come by the front desk. There were so many professional ways to handle this situation versus calling your guests in the middle of the night and being rude. We are not scheduled to depart for another 5 days, so there was plenty of time to connect with us and handle this.

Not quite there as Hampton Inn Not quite there as Hampton Inn. The room was not quite there in cleanliness. It was not quite there in terms of quiet as a suite at the end of the hall. Various annoyances not quite there as the typical Hampton Inn value and expected experience. Probably would not stay there again

Beds weren’t very comfortable, made an odd noise when you roll over. Plug ins were very lose! Couldn’t keep cpaps plugged in. Room was ok smelled nice. Room temperature was good. Beds uncomfortable. Nice fun restaurant next door. Great homemade dessert, and ice cream shop. Dessert was the highlight of my trip.

Great stay here!! The staff were amazing...always smiling and helpful. The room was spacious and I liked having a side chair as well as a desk chair. Bed was comfortable. Great location ...easy to all we wanted to see. The General Manager was the best..took time to speak to us and make sure we were happy. Also enjoyed the great breakfast each morning! Will definitely stay there if we come back.
