Just Right Great location, awesome staff, room is very spacious albeit some street noise can be heard. A very solid business hotel adjacent to the Riverside Convention Center and also a quick walk to many restaurants and attractions. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Good hotel for conference Excellent hotel across the street from the Riverside Convention Center. Everything is nearby within easy walking distance... the hotel is a block away from the Main Street pedestrian shopping area, the Mission Inn, restaurants, the food lab, etc.

Great customer service The rooms were very clean and AC worked great. The beds were a little saggy but I prefer a softer bed. The only downfall was hearing everything in the hallway. We didn't have time to eat breakfast but it looked really good. Walking distance to lots of restaurants as well.

Clean Hotel and Friendly Staff Members This is our second time staying in this exact location and the reason why we came back because the first experience was great. The second time around was even better.Everyone that works there were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean.

New room. bad plumbing/sink. tv didn't work. nice staff, they tried. i appreciated the new room and the staff trying to right the wrongs, but nothing the staff themselves could have done. just a bad contractor/planning w/ the sink. my guess is the sink drain pipes were not vented properly so it kept making water noises when the neighboring rooms were using water. tv didn't work either, it was on but direct tv had no signals. bed could be more firm, but i think that's just how hotel beds are
