Had a good night We had a room with 2 double beds. Rooms were clean except a big spider web in the corner. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which was helpful. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast as we had to leave early. We would stay here again.

This Friendly Hotel Attracts Loyal Customers We love staying at this hotel because of the pet-friendly policy, and the owner's/employees are very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The room was reasonably clean and spacious. I would recommend the hotel consider larger pillows as several small pillows are difficult to make comfortable overnight.

Acceptable basic accommodation Was there just for an overnight stay in Roanoke after a Virginia Tech football game. Nothing fancy about the place, but it was clean, and didn't have any problems. The free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. It is on a busy street, and the noise was noticeable in the morning.

Nice stay! We stayed overnight on our way to Texas. The room was very clean , comfortable and affordable. The owner lives on property, very friendly, introduced us to his children and dog. We felt very welcomed at this Econo Lodge. We definitely will stay again!

Great clean hotel Great place to stay close to downtown! Very clean updated rooms! Plenty of free parking on premises! Nice breakfast with great coffee! Excellent customer service with very nice and friendly owners! Best value in Roanoke! Definitely recommended!
