Surprised I wasn't expecting much for the price... so I was surprised when it was clean.... and the check in was easy. The girl at the front desk was very kind. This is how all hotels should be run! Good management to keep this place like it is. Kudos!

DON'T STAY HERE FRom the second we checked in we knew our week long stay was doomed. The room was horrible, the service was an absolute nightmare as THERE WASN'T ANY.. Breakfast was a joke...

Medical Stay We have always loved to stay here. We were here to attend Mayo Clinic, most of the ppl that were staying were also going to Mayo. Our room was on the 2nd floor. There is not an elevator, so be prepared to take the steps. We had a double bed room, therefore the price was affordable. The beds needed new mattresses. The sheet would not stay on the beds. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly, except for the young man that worked the night shift. He was responsible for the breakfast nook. He did not restock items. The coffee was great and the clerk in the afternoon suggested we get a cup. She was very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on her face. The room was limited on outlet space so we did go buy an adapter that gave us 3 extra slots. Breakfast is basic...bagels, waffles, fruit, muffins, toast.

Very nice hotel Room was clean and breakfast was nice and area was clean. This is a not a fancy hotel but it gave us every thing that we needed for a nice place to stay because of one of us catching a plane the next morning. Great locaion

Sleepless Night Room was Sparkling Clean! The pillows were lumpy/hard, Mattresses Good. But being that the Minnesota weather was very warm, the vending machine (coin-op) goods were all melted and sodas warm. The air Conditioner would work, but not maintain a So I slept maybe 3-4 hours? Oh, also should mention there’s No elevator so I carried my suitcase up the steps Television was 24-in.,, The toilet wouldn’t flush.
