Unique to Rochester, not just another chain hotel I had a delightful stay here the second weekend of June 2024. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I appreciated the antiques throughout and that the rooms are all unique, we stayed last spring in two completely different rooms, and all were charming. The water temperature control was a little tricky but was made easier with a thermometer attached to the shower head. The Aveda bath products were fantastic. Great location. I recommend this stay for anyone wanting something special and unique to Rochester, not just another chain hotel.

Elegant and comfortable stay. I love elegant, distinctive, big city hotels. This is one. Just a few steps from the Play Museum and other Rochester spots. I had a deluxe room and enjoyed it. It is not a cookie cutter cheap lodging experience. Go and enjoy the experience. It was very clean and well maintained. Didn't need an ice machine. Front desk brought it right to us in minutes.

Good I really love old places like this... It super comfortable and convenient. I'd had a long week so having a good restaurant on site, on site parking & a very comfortable room made this a very pleasant stay. Good value for money. Highly recommended

Historic, comfortable, good location I stayed in a bright corner-room suite on the third floor that was wonderful. The room had a bar with a sink, glasses, dishes, etc. Bath was clean. Shower is a bit confusing, with lots of sprayers; I used only one. I like old hotels like this that have a real metal key and lock; just like it appears existed for years. Staff was helpful. Check-in and out were easy. The Inn has a fine restaurant for dinner, but not breakfast.

5 Star for one of the Top 5! From the moment I found we will be going to The Inn On Broadway, I searched it on the internet and excitement took hold of me. I was not dissapointed. We were a big group and were hosted in a private room. Food was ordered from a specially set up menu. This menu catered for everybody and was excellent. Every one of the four courses trying to be better than the previous on. The restaurant is not on the top 5 Rochester restaurants list for nothing. Treat yourself and go there.
