Excellent and helpful staff Very clean and quiet place, beds were very comfortable. Excellent and helpful staff. will stay here again, recommend this hotel for value for the money. waffles were great for breakfast. keep up the good work!!!!!

Not So Super Eight First thing that hits you when you walk into the room is the smell. Musty and sour, like old cigar smoke baked into the room. The room itself is adequate. A large picture of Chicago's skyline is the best part. The room is clean so there's that. In the bathroom half a roll of toilet paper is crazy for a two day stay. So is the single bar of soap barely larger than a postage stamp that is for both bathing and washing your hands. Not generous but we made it work. The towels were thin as hankies. They offer free breakfast but the first morning found a horde of young girls making like locust in the small room and when we returned half an hour later there was virtually nothing left but for three donuts and orange juice. The three carafes of coffee were empty never to be refilled. To be fair there was a coffee maker in our room which I utilized. The front staff were friendly although there was a snafu in paying our bill which I will not get into. All in all the place sufficed but I can not recommend it.

All you need to know about this hotel is in these pics Moldy shower curtain, and the hotel manager had the audacity to deny it, but I had pics. They refused to compensate me fairly for this incident. Rest of room was filthy as well, from the carpet, to the walls and the upholstery on the armchair. The only thing clean was the sheets. I was only passing through for one night and it was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Decent night’s stay Got the King Bed ‘Suite’ with sofa bed. Not a suite at all. Room was tight - thought it might be larger since it said suite. Better off getting 2 queen beds instead. No sheets for sofa bed. Had to wait for front desk to get some. Average breakfast. (It did state ‘‘light breakfast’.) But clean facilities.
