Pleasant and suitable for our needs! This is our place to stay when visiting extended family. The rooms were clean and met our needs and were quiet and comfortable. The A/C worked well. I enjoyed eating the breakfast offered with my son and granddaughter. They had an adjoining room and it was great to wake up to “good morning grandma”! ♥️ We also walked to the nearby covered bridge and looked at the historical village nearby. My parents worked there in costume years ago when it was the Billie Creek Inn. We go back every year. No issues and pleasant staff.

Served the purpose. Very unkept. Hotel is run down. Beds are uncomfortable, door missing safety lock, air conditioner very noisy, same rag laid in the hall in the same location for the entire 2 days we stayed. Breakfast was toast, dry cereal, bananas, donet type donuts, milk and orange juice. The staff was friendly though.

Terrible Hotel Should have known based on the reviews but took a chance as the stay was free with points from our credit card. Rooms were very dingy. Pool was filled with algae, flies in the room, dead bugs on the floor, stains/holes on the furniture fabric. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Hateful desk clerk or owner? We made reservations at least a month before we would arrive. We get an email about 3 days before we left that our reservation had been cancelled . I called and he said who did you make this reservation with. I said Bookings and said call them and hung up on me. I realized what happened with the credit card. They had issued a new card a week before with a total different account number. I tried to call him back with the new number and he wouldn't answer the phone. I called Bookings and she tried to call him and he hung up on her. This turned out to be our lucky day. We found out from people in Rockville that no one should stay there for various reasons. I'm glad we found out a head of time.
