Great location After my campground reservations were cancelled at Crater Lake due to snow I looked nearby for a Best Western. I found this gem. Great location. Not far from the highway. Walking distance to fast food and restaurants. My room was quiet and spacious.

The room was disgusting. The smell, the carpet (so gross), fecal matter on the wall. Horrible experience. Disgusting! The room was horrible. Carpet dirty, smell in the room horrible, and the room was not clean. DO NOT STAY HERE! We paid $165 for one night. The worst experience yet. We traveled from Texas and we stayed 6 nights on the road and this was the worst. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Terrible Bed was amazing but the rest was terrible. No parking at all and had to park out side the hotel itself. Shower head was coming off and spaying everywhere and the employee working there was rude. The hotel was average but it looked like they didn’t even try to make it look good

Ok hotel if you don't have the highest standards. While it wasn't necessarily gross, it didn't feel entirely clean. Everything meets minimum standards, but not much more in most categories. The pool was pretty nice. I would stay here again, but would also consider other options.

Cross Country Traveler Nothing wrong with this hotel. Just on the older side. The only issue was that my mom uses a walker, we were on the 2nd floor, and there was no elevator. We did not take advantage of the breakfast that was offered.
