Disappointed Well we were there 10 days total and there were several problems. The good: comfy bed, clean, cotton bedding, seat in handicap shower, employees were friendly. The bad: no gluten free options, the pool was locked and padlocked for the entire 10 days. The gym was closed. When you look in the room, it looked like there was garbage on the floor. The first day they said someone was coming to fix it that day. That never happened. It remained locked the entire time. We were in a handicap room on the 2nd floor and twice the elevator was out of service. The 2nd time was check out day. One of us - the able person had to lug all of our luggage etc down the stairs and the handicap person had to struggle to get down the stairs out of your “accessible “ hotel. The internet worked one day. One. Also we could get only two towels at a time. We asked for 4 and they would only give two. We chose this hotel because we knew we’d be there several days and would need the amenities that were advertised. We are so beyond frustrated. We were there to recover from a surgery which was recommended by a large group and I cannot believe this is the same hotel that everyone recommended. I can’t blame the employees for the elevator going down - twice- except that they knew the gym was down and judging by the fact that it remained down for so long, that would indicate they weren’t worried about keeping things maintained well.

Worst Stay of My Life, Sleeping Above Disco Night, And Management Do Nothing The worst stay of my life. I checked in around 11 PM and was subjected to the chaos of a dance/fitness conference. Despite requesting a quiet room, they stuck me directly above the dance studio, completely ignoring my request. Two incompetent "managers" handled my complaint. All I asked for was a room where I could rest—an entirely reasonable expectation when booking a hotel. Instead, I was kept awake until 3:30 AM. I had to complain multiple times, and none of the managers were remotely helpful. The excuse of water damage in other rooms is pathetic but understandable. What is utterly unacceptable is renting the conference room below guest rooms until 3:30 AM, showing a total lack of respect for guests’ comfort. This hotel cares only about squeezing out every last cent, with no regard for the people staying there. I demand a full refund for this disgraceful experience.

Almost there This is a lavishly decorative facility, with spacious suite-style rooms. It was impeccably clean. Tables were beautiful wood with blue polyurethane staining. Wall festooned with blown glass was impressive. Stating that, a few minor annoyances. Treadmill in fitness center had a broken safety lanyard, which I pointed out to the front desk and was duly noted and recorded. Missing knob on bathroom heat/lamp timer. Breakfast was not the best. Only hard boiled eggs were offered. Frozen ham, egg, and cheese croissants were microwaved by a staff member in a microwave that only heated a part of the sandwich. Cold cereals were limited to Cheerios and Cornflakes. Yogurt was limited to a single flavor. Belgian waffles, which billboards had promised, were not available. Automatic pancake maker was more of a novelty than a practical device. Would have given it five stars except for these few items.

Pleasant We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this property. It is a Best Western Plus so I was surprised that there was no Microwave in our room. In addition the internet was sporadic. Other than that it was fine. The check in was easy. This was the first time at any Best Western that we had to put up a $50 damage deposit. I hope we get it back.
