Smallish, Rural Area Motel This is a budget lodging off of Freeway 70 on the backroad between Kanab and Salt Lake. My room was modest; bath area small. Not much in the way of bath amenities. Maybe bring your own. Microwave and small fridge was an enhancement. A free morning breakfast was included. I noticed a guest laundry which I didn't use and some vending. Down the road a bit, near the freeway access, you'll find some eateries and a filling station. But if the motel runs at full capacity, parking can get tight. My bed pillows were mostly the square kind. Not very comfortable. And there was noise from the vehicles passing through on the adjoining roadway.

Bad service Service was terrible not enough towels or shampoo very small tv. Would not accommodate us to main floor. We’ve had our reservation in for a month. Room is dark and gloomy. I would never stay here again

Older bare bones and in need of maintenance. I secured a great rate of $85.50 for a 1 night, 1 person stay. Based on the ratings, I thought the room would be adequate and I will say the both the woman and man that helped with the reservation and check-in were very cordial. I arrived later in the evening, the room was nondescript the teal carpet, orange bed spread, and popcorn ceiling gave away the age of the room. Curtain didn’t sit flush against the window so anyone walking past the room had a great view of the bed via the mirror on the wall over the desk. I guess I shouldn’t have worried about that because I was alone and the room never got warm enough to be outside of the covers. When I closed the door, I found that the seal around it was non existent and the icy air that blew through the crack outpaced the wall mounted heater in the room. The bathroom was an icebox as well, pretty clean with a few stray hairs. I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket which was promptly delivered. I told the man that brought it about the door, he felt it and said yea seal isn’t working…….and left. Hmmm. I sat on the bed to read, feet under blanket and could feel the wind coming through the door 12 feet away and could see the door chain swaying from the force of it. I stuffed plastic bags and the garbage can liner in the crack to seal it and was able give the heater a chance to catch up. Needs maintenance.

Average Decently priced, room was what I needed for a few hours sleep. Nothing special about the hotel or the rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are dated, bed was comfortable. I would stay again but it’s just a basic room. I do with the AC worked a little better .

OMG! NO. This place is a dump! Remember the movie Vacation and the pool scene? Yup, that's this pool. Moving on to our room. The lamps didn't work because there were no light bulbs. Seriously...wtf? Old dirty bathroom. Pergo instead of carpet. Didn't even attempt to open the fridge. The TV was old and outdated. I normally take pictures of all my views, but I walked in and walked out. My husband and grandson slept in the room. I opted for the backseat of our VW Tiguan...
