10/10 I had an amazing experience here, my room was nice and clean, service was great, i had an easy check in, and honestly experienced no problems! I will definitely consider this hotel again for a stay in San Jose. Affordable and Great!!!

You get what you paid for.... It was cheap and a place to stay close to where I needed to be. They are in the middle of remodeling the rooms, they put me in one of the finished rooms. It was nice, but the bathroom was 4 star quality, I was impressed with the amount of work and the overall looks. I didn't stay in that room because it didn't have curtains and the afternoon sun made it so hot the AC couldn't keep it cooled down.

Cleanliness and safety is ZERO Very very dirty: - floors have food particles; visibly dirty like they just changed the blankets and pillowcase and the towels. No care if the floor is ultra dirty. Found some rotten food behind the side table - bathroom has so many hairs of previous guests; towels were stained, clothes rack very dirty - walls and doors have dried food and ketchup stains - doors have so much stain Safety: - somebody was BANGING on our door at 5:40am on october 5, 2022 and was shouting a different name - double-lock of our door was broken -bed was almost collapsing and they just put a piece of wood to make it stand

This place sucks do not go here This place is the worst there was a cigarette in the bottom drawer, there was hole in the blanket from the cigarette, the sheets were not clean the bathroom towels were dirty, and it smelled. My family and I ended up checking out and some other people did as well (there also was a baby cockroach crawling around on the floor) PLEASE DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

Horrible When we first checked in I advised the woman at the desk that I have a service dog. Oh I can't rent to you then you have to leave. After finding paperwork and ADA papers we finally got to our room. The coffee pot was disgustingly dirty, after washing it myself it didn't work right. It just made a mess on the floor. Safety cleaning that up myself I went to bed on an uncomfortable mattress. The room smelled musty and old. As of yet we Still have not received our $100.00 deposit back.
