Fun time at waterpark We had the best time at the water park. There was a very friendly lifeguard by the name of J . He was super nice to the kids and made it fun for them. J is a great asset to your team. We hope to see him next time we visit.

Dirty Rooms! The rooms to this hotel are disgustingly dirty. There was dirt and grime behind the beds and toilet. There was chewed up gum on the floor that nobody bothered to clean up. You could not walk in your bare feet or they would turn black. The a/c made the beds and our clean clothes feel moist. We won't be returning.

Very Un-organized Soon as i got here my family and i went to the water park, soon as we got in there almost everything was closed except for a few things and the only slides that were open were kiddy slides while the bigger water slides were closed and it was hard for the older kids to have fun. Then after that it’s supposed to be a NO cash hotel but if you want to play arcade games you have to have cash. Then it puts it on a separate card, then you have to go to the counter in the arcade to get ANOTHER card just to play games. Also if you look online it says there is supposed to be dairy queen here but there isn’t. Over all it’s just way too much of a process and un-organized.

Disgusting Room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like rotting milk. Light fixtures in the bathroom were caked in dust. There was a pile of hair on the bathroom vanity. Also, our kids were very disappointed that the best slide in the waterpark was broken with no plans to fix it.

Great start to vacation We had a great stay. All the staff from the front desk, lifeguards, dining, activity, etc were friendly and helpful. Resort was clean and easy to navigate. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. One recommendation is to not get an adjoining room if not needed, it it loud and you can hear a lot through that door. Water Park was ok for what it is. Enough for little kids to do and the hot tub was nice to chill in. I watched the lifeguards interact with guests when they were enjoying the water features which was fun. Used the early entry to get into CP which was worth it. Good stay. Happy to have stopped.
