Always an awesome time!! My family and I had an awesome time at Great Wolf! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Amy at the front desk was so kind and even gave us complimentary ice cream vouchers! Michelle at the water park food concessions is always on the ball, hard working and amazing at customer service! Bar tenders at the watering hole are fantastic! Great wolf is always clean and such a great time with our little ones, 4 and 7. We love the free lobby activities. The teachers and leaders for those are always so fun and enthusiastic! We are headed back again January 2 for a day pass!! See you in 2026! Howlllllllll!

Cleanliness is a joke What a joke on how clean lots of areas are their staff was nowhere to be seen and they're was lots to do I will never stay there again or recommend the place to anyone again

Family fun! Our family of four had an amazing stay at Great Wolf Lodge Sandusky! From the moment we arrived, our two kids were completely captivated. The indoor water park was a huge hit—tons of fun for both kids and adults, and we loved that it was clean and safe. Our room was comfortable and perfectly set up for a family, giving us space to relax after full days of fun. Beyond the water park, there were so many kid-friendly activities that our children were entertained from morning to night. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making everything feel easy and stress-free. We left with happy kids, tired smiles, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. We can’t wait to go back! We already booked our next trip!

Won’t be going back Rooms weren’t very clean, none of the technology would work (app). Had to keep going to the front desk for help. Food was extremely salty and expensive and we couldn’t eat it. We wasn’t notified when we could enter our room but thankfully we got into it by 9pm

Website Online Purchases -NOT USER FRIENDLY In trying to buy online Ecard gift cards I found the sight link does NOT work. I have talked to their Customer Service 3x and they supposedly reached out to the I.T. Dept, while we were on the phone. I was told to try back after 24 hrs, try a different card, different devices, which I did and the link still is not working. There is also no phone line to speak to anyone directly at the resort. The phone re-routes you to the general Customer Service. Not user Friendly. I was going to purchase ecards for gifts. But since I live 2 hours from location I will spend my money elsewhere.
