Will Book Here Again! The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is well supplied -- overall, great experience and great service from the staff. We will definitely book again. We typically stay at HIE but this one is exceptional and easy in/out to I-25 and access to downtown.

Clean hotel, friendly staff Nice, clean hotel. Rooms were very clean everyday, hotel staff is nice and friendly. Elevator was out of order the two days we were there but that happens and they were working on it when we left. Breakfast was ok, disappointed there was no bacon or scrambled eggs but the space is limited, so we understand. We always stay in Holiday Inn hotels and this was one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in.

DONT STAY HERE !!! DONT STAY AT THIS MOTEL : Our truck broke down it was a new truck, called and talk to Angela Salzar about how I got charged for one day when I couldn’t make it there ,ask if she could do a curtesy stay and refund my money for one night they charged me she said no I called as soon as I got the truck to the dealer but she would not make a exception, that’s just bad business I told her, she didn’t seem to care at all ! I hope they loose a lot of business!! DONT STAY HERE !!

Decent stay We’re family of 5 with young children so we typically have to stay in a Holiday Inn due to capacity. So we’ve stayed at quite a bit across the region. This site was mostly clean. Rooms felt smaller than other Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at. Gym was also very small - one treadmill, one bike, on elliptical and a bench for free weights. Treadmill was broken and TV in the gym was non functional. Breakfast area well stocked.

Ok Stay The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The issue we had was a high pitch squealing sound that was coming from the wall behind the toilet or the toilet. We recorded the sound and played it to two different people at the desk and was told their maintenance guy quit and there was nothing that could be done. We ended up leaving a day early heading home because it was so annoying. The food was what you would expect at a hotel so sufficient for our needs. Another issue we had was sometimes no one was at the front area. The younger girl was sitting in the breakfast area eating twice during the time we were there visiting with what looked like her friends. If we would return to the area, we would stay somewhere else.
