Perfect! Perfect services, everything was perfect - from pools, spa, food to accomondation. We booked full pension and were absolutely satisfied Also we have been there many times and we definitely plan on coming next year again!

Great experience We come back to this hotel regularly and we are never disappointed. A nice place, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, a hotel directly connected with the spa. During high season, there was a music performance in the lobby every night and the atmosphere was wonderful. Will 100% come back again!

Time to relax... As a family of 3 adults, we drove down for a 3 night stay. We chose this property as it was adjacent to the Thermal Spa. Our package had breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner as well as alcohol included. Our 2 rooms were on the 4th floor facing the reception area. Upon arrival, our check in was quick, and we had a handicapped person in our group, and with 2 handicapped parking spots right in front of the hotel, it made it easier to reach the entrance. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel, aside from that we will not choose an all inclusive package again as it is really not needed. Now as far as the spa in concerned, I will write a separate review on their site as that has nothing to do with the hotel. We did find it very convenient to be able to walk in our robes directly to the spa itself. The hotel also in a good location to walk to the grocery store Lidl (9 minutes) as well as the castle and the town (about 12 minutes).

Over priced We are having family trip for New Year, OVER €200 per NIGHT +PARKING EXTRA are over charged. Did not rich 4 star Hotel level. The food are terrible, rooms are dirty and old. Only the spa pools directly from hotel is worth a little bit. 90% guests are 50+, I will not recommend for family or young people.

Not a 4 star hotel We were in Zalakaros last year at the same Hotel. It’s was perfect. This year we tried this hotel but we are very disappointed. The room was smelly like the toilet and it was dirty. It was very uncomfortable because the room was for disabled persons. The furniture was worn out, and the bed was terrible. Every morning I wake up like an old man, and my back always hurt. The reception wasn’t helpful every time, they don’t know what to do. The food was tasteless, and for this price the whole hotel was not worth it! I’m very disappointed for this holiday!!!! I don’t recommend it for a family!
