1 star hotel with 3 star prices This hotel is truly terrible. You would think this place appears to a nice 3 store hotel. It’s very much so a 1 star hotel, most motels are in better shape. (Me and my girlfriend both looked at each other in the lobby and said, can we leave?) I was at the point of finding another hotel and accepting my $120 loss. But being 10pm it was too late. You walk inside before your room, the carpets are stained, the walls are stained the elevator has bathroom style carvings over the walls and displays edged in with a knife. The inside of the rooms are essentially the same. You can see the wallpaper peeling around the air conditioner. This is a sad excuse for a hotel charging premium rates. I’m not even purposely sounding salty, this hotel should be a 1 star. If this place charged 1-2 star pricing it might be acceptable. Never again will I stay here .

Shows it age, very noisy uncomfortable beds. I was moving back home from living in my apartment in Stonebridge so this was just an overnight stay with my parents as everything was packed up and ready to move. This was the most disappointing 4 Points I’ve ever stayed in. The only saving grace for this hotel was that they had friendly waitresses and breakfast was very good but you do have to pay cause it’s a restaurant. There was so much noise I could not sleep at night as the walls were paper thin. The hallways were so dark it made me a bit unnerved, my mom agreed. The bathroom oh my god the bathroom. It was very clean I give them credit for that but it was so small everything cramped together. The shower had these convenient shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in containers on the wall like if you ever went to a float pod. The unfortunate part was that the body wash and conditioner ran out and was not filled before our stay obviously. The shower every time you stepped the floor made this horrible loud creaking noise that I was afraid to move to much or else other hotel guests would hear me, my parents sure did and found out why it was so loud when they showered separately. The way the floor is made in the shower it does not drain properly so you’re standing in a swamp of water so I tried to hurry up in the shower. The beds were quite awful too didn’t help with our quality of sleep. There was this odd on the wall table beside the door of the room that looked like what they have at old school bars for take out? It just really aged the hotel for me. I don’t really blame the staff here they did their jobs, it was clean I think there’s updates here that couldn’t be made without tearing down walls. The next night we stayed at a different hotel because I had my cat with me the next night and needed a pet friendly hotel. I hate to say the other hotel was cheaper and nicer. My mom and dad usually stay at the Hampton in Stonebridge but my dad really wanted to try the Sheraton to see how it would be because he really likes the 4 points in the Winnipeg airport. This was quite the shock to all of us that a 4 points looked this way.

Great hotel This hotel is very well located close to restaurants and stores. Rooms are clean, nice and updated. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is nice. The on-site restaurant was very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi and there are microwaves in each room which we found very helpful.
