Salute to Butlers Staff Its an incredible experience with our dining. The staff were excellent especially the restaurant staff, Aileen, Ann and Jeffrey of Butlers. They went above and beyond. Location is so so, lots of cigarette butts outside, lots of people smoking and vaping including some staff and the Manager at night infront of the main lobby doors, not very pleasing. I myself smoke too but I make sure that I smoke in designated area.. We have our kids with us and it was awful every time we enter the hotel it's really closed to the entrance. The rooms were spacious and very clean except the bathroom, there are stains on wall. Overall, it was a good experience. Could have been better.

Do not stay here This hotel was substandard for a Ramada. Had to pay a $150.00 damage deposit that was refunded 48 hours after checkout. Air conditioner kept shutting off. Hotel room old and worn furniture but was clean. Noisy throughout the early morning outside our window over the front doors. No complimentary breakfast and food establishments were dark old and unappealing. Did not eat here. Will not stay here again.

Will never stay there again Drug deals done out the front, feral people hanging around. Did not feel safe. Room was ok, bar was ok, restaurant was disgusting. I will never go back. Felt like we were staying in the wrong part of town.

Not appropriate for children!! If you have children I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Upon arriving we were met with a group of people standing RIGHT outside the sliding doors smoking cigarettes. Just during the time of checking in there was a steady stream of people going in and out to smoke. The cloudiness and smell in the lobby reflected these actions. Got to our room and there was much to be desired. Drunk guests roaming the hotel yelling and swearing at children. Also witnessed someone puking in the garbage can. Heard yelling and fighting outside at 3am. Looked out the window and saw people checking door handles. Within the 12(ish) hours of being there we had a back window smashed out and a fender kicked in. I know this stuff is outside of the hotels control but would be safe to stay here if arriving without a vehicle. Security guard manning the lobby was wearing a bullet proof vest so just a testament to the area and clientele of this hotel.
