Bad staff no customer service The arrogant clerk was talking trash behind m back and I found out from another clerk saying I was a Hustler

Decent value Everything was fine with our stay except for lack of communication on the cleaning/restocking of the room. We placed to tag on our door but was not cleaned/restocked. When I inquired the front desk informed that the room is not cleaned/restocked unless requested by the guest. I requested a cleaning and restocking for the next day. When we came back to our room the next day after our travels the room still had not been cleaned or restocked. I called the front desk and they apologized. They sent housekeeping up right away and took care of our restocking. This was the only negative we encountered.

OK budget motel, if location is all that matters As a BW frequent guest I was disappointed in how downscale this place was. No comfort amenities and furnished like a barracks. It was clean.

Bad customer service I've stayed here a number of times however this last time they charged me $100 for incidentals which I've never had to pay before and still haven't gotten the $100 back more than a week and a half later. I don't know what would possibly take them that long to release my deposit but I think that's bad business
