Poor customer service Terrible!!! So I got harassed by an employee for sitting in my vehicle waiting until 3pm for checkin. Once I did enter the premises he comes to front desk while I’m checking in and mumbles something to me. We exchanged words and I let him know that’s not how you treat a guest, he snatches my papers from the front clerk and cancels my reservation. I would not recommend anyone to patronize a business that treats guests with such lack of respect.

Great weekend getaway My husband and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway for our anniversary. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our getaway! We will definitely be visiting here again!

Nice and New in 2024 Everything was all new and fresh! The new beds are very comfortable. That's probably the best sleep I have had, while traveling, in a long time. Very quick check-in and out. Breakfast was good. I was a bit rushed for time, since I slept longer than I intended to, but they had some sausage and eggs on a bagel for on the go. I do believe that Microtel is the best deal in Searcy, for the money. I recommend the king suite for the extra space it has.

Nice stay I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were nice and well kept. They had good breakfast every morning and They were changing out all the mattresses when I was there. So, they definitely maintain their rooms. I definitely recommended this hotel.
