Great hotel for airport and cruise port. Nice, clean hotel next to SeaTac and with free shuttles to and from the airport. They also offer discounted shuttles to/from the cruise ports. When we first arrived, even though we were quite early, the hotel got us into a room right away. Upon returning from the cruise, our 2 hour wait for a room was only 20 minutes long. Great service! We will return.

Highly recommend Can’t think of a single problem with the hotel or the room. It was beautiful, clean, well staffed. Highly recommend for upcoming trips in the Seattle area. Close to airport and shuttle was on time. Also close to surrounding restaurants and stores.

Not recommend I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. There were several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. The bathroom had low water pressure and the water temperature was consistently too low. The service was indifferent, and the staff seemed unwilling to resolve problems. The overall atmosphere of the room was poor, more like a cheap motel than a hotel charging nearly $300 per night. Given the price, I expected a much better experience.

Overall a nice hotel except the motion detecting bathroom light that comes on BRIGHT at night First off the phone system to get thru to someone to make a reservation and get the airport shuttle is poor, then had to go thru it all again when the shuttle didn't show (it was a busy night and they were running behind). After that, all went well, just a couple small things to mention. Got to our room after a long day of air travel, went to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. Front desk said something it being an eco toilet and to keep trying, finally it worked as it should. Shower had a grab rail which is important. Breakfast was good. Room nice and dark. Only complaint is the bathroom light is on a motion detector so in the middle of the night the bright light comes on, that really should be changed to a manual switch. Otherwise we'd probably stay again.

First Class Hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay. We fly out of Sea Tac numerous times throughout the year. This is the first stay at this particular hotel as our previous hotels were becoming sketchy with homeless people in close proximity. It was quiet and relaxing. Room was spacious and spotless. Front desk clerk was amazing and check in took about 1 minute. This is now our GO TO hotel when departing Sea Tac. Morning breakfast was amazing and a great way to start your day.
