No frills / good value Good value for the price. Beds were firm and sizeable for a family of 3. Showers were hot and had enough pressure. The only negative was not having a 24 hour shuttle to pick us when we had a 11:30pm arrival into SEA. Don’t expect any breakfast in the hotel bit there is a nearby Denny’s and a gas station with convenience store across the street.

Break up long flight stop Finally got to the hotel. Room-- Micro and fridge. No clock. It was clean. Left of the hotel are 2 gas stations and a Dennys. The desk tried to print boarding pass for me but a problem came up with the airlines that I had to deal with!! No break is offered. I booked this hotel because it had shuttle service from the airport. In the basic information at the top of the page on booking.com there was NO times for pickup listed. It was not until after I booked it when I sent a email to them did I find out the from 1245 to 4 there is NO shuttle service. When I checked in to the hotel there were 2 other calls that she got from people at the airport about shuttle service. It cost me $15 for a 5 min ride to the hotel. I told the desk lady how dumb that was and she said she had nothing to do with it! It does tell you at the very BOTTOM of the booking.com page. How stupid.

Red Roof Inn Experience This was my family's first time in Seattle and staying at the Red Roof Inn. It would be our last. The rooms were nothing like the pictures. Yes, the rooms were clean, but the hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The rooms are old and outdated. There were no extra pillows or washcloths in the room for three adults. Luckily, the staff did find some The day shift staff was extremely helpful, night shift, not so much when asking for assistance. Sometimes, you get what you pay for

Lousy staff 4 blocks south of the metro station, close to the airport and car rentals. No breakfast, coffee until 1:00 PM. Normal standard room. Clean. No microwave or fridge. When we tried to get a room switch or add fridge, they said too bad. That’s what you booked. No customer service at all!

So dirty!! But it’s a red roof inn by the airport so not surprised I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly dirty the room and building are. I spilled some water on the floor in my room and used a white towel to clean it up… the towel came up brown. The floor was sticky. The pleather chair was brown but it was supposed to be a tan chair. The elevator is small and seems more like a service elevator. I did not feel safe in the parking lot with the number of sketchy guys hanging around. The laundry machines are old. There is no breakfast. So much noise from the airport.
