Really great stay in a great small town Room was great, clean and cool on hot day. Front desk was exceptional. Smooth check in and check out. They made great recommendations. Enjoyed our meal at the open range restaurant including the pork chop, steaks and desserts. Front desk also referred us to the Brinton Museum, and was really impressed with the western history collection.

Skip this Best Western We reserved two rooms and called to say we would have a cat and a dog with us. After a 16 hour drive towing a U-Haul and arriving at 4 am, the unfriendly night receptionist told us we could not stay because they didn’t have record of our pet request, and they had no available pet rooms. So, at 4 am we were in the BW parking lot looking for a different hotel room so we could sleep for a few hours. They also refused to refund the room despite the fact that the error was on their end. Interesting money making scheme.

Good experience Interesting property. Has a skybridge connecting 2 of the three separate blgs. Pool is really small. Breakfast was better than average, with a good mix of hot food and grab & go items. Poolside rooms are humid, but overall adequate, &decor is very dated. Front desk was kind and professional. Overall, the accommodations were adequate, about what you'd expect for the price. Our second stay and no real complaints.

Terrible response to basic requests, room cleaning Requested 4 times (twice the morning we arrived), for rollaway to be put in room. Got into room after midnight, no rollaway. The shower water was over our ankles, it didn't drain. After 2 days I called front desk at 10:40 a.m., requested clean towels, bath mat, t.p., garbage be emptied, room be serviced. I put the tag on the door requesting room service as we left after the call. Got back after midnight, garbage cans overflowing, pile of dirty towels still there, tp rolls empty, nothing was done. Oh, they had dropped 2 bags with towels, coffee stuff, t.p. on the dresser and left. Without doing anything. Definitely did NOT meet basic expectations for customer service.

Excellent experience We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean, and breakfast was fresh!
