Horrible place to stay Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I can get over the fact that the wall paper is coming off the wall, the carpet is coming up in places, the deep scratches in the wood work. The one thing I cannot get over is that the room smelt like mold. Very unsafe environment for anyone to sleep in.

Does It Work? Spent an evening at this property after a day of sight seeing. Nice to have outside as well as inside hall doors. Checked in to friendly staff, found our room, unloaded, and left for dinner. When we returned, the air conditioner was running, then it would stop, then it would run again, and stop again. On again, off again, all night until we turned on just the fan for fresh air. We decided to see the local news on the TV, TV was on for 10 minutes, and then it went kaput. A cryptic message appeared that said service was interrupted. Went to call the front desk, guess what, NO PHONE in the room. So I walked up the front desk, told them about the aircon, about the TV, about the missing phone. They brought us a phone, the TV was to be fixed by the cable company 'in an hour', which turned into 'sometime that night', which turned into 'in the morning,' which turned into 'by noon.' Breakfast was good, people were nice, didn't try the enclosed spa.

Comfortable bed and not much more. First of all, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bedding appeared to be clean. The hot tub was not that hot, maybe 102 degrees at best. The room door did not automatically close and lock. We had to pull up on handle to get it to lock. We did not discover this at first and left the door unlocked for several hours while gone from room. The breakfast bar is OK. Quality Inns in general needs to get better coffee. All locations seem to be using this instant brew system which makes barely drinkable coffee. There was ice in the parking lot near entrance. Check out and in was easy.

Don't stay here Door Jamb on outside door was all busted up, I looked like someone had taken a crowbar to it. Barely able to lock the door. Hallway door was also very hard to get locked. Card reader didn't work on outside door, so we had to use the hallway entrance. Carpet was dirty. Something gross was spilled on the edge of the mattress. Bathroom was dingy. People sitting outside their rooms chain smoking on both sides of our room. Breakfast was OK. Would have went somewhere else, but it was late and we were tired.

Avoid this place If I could give this place a minus 10 I would. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We drove 15 hours from Oklahoma for a relative’s memorial service. Unbeknownst to us, we were visiting during two biker rallies and the hotel was full to capacity. Our family rented two rooms. When we got to one of our rooms, the air conditioner didn’t work. I went to the front desk to tell them, and was told that a part was on order and they didn’t know when it would be in. They knowingly rented this room to us with a broken air conditioner. I asked if we could move rooms and no rooms were available. I asked for a fan. No fans were available. This hotel was not prepared for the number of visitors they had. We ran out of clean towels and I asked a housekeeper for more towels. She stated there were none available. Really? At a hotel? So I was forced to go to Walmart and buy a fan and towels for our stay. I tried to find other accommodations, but because of the rallies there were no rooms available even in surrounding towns. I asked every day whether another room was available and the answer was no each day. The morning breakfasts were a disaster. Three out of four days the coffee machine was broken. Every time we left the building, our room keys quit working. We had to go to the front desk every time we left and came back to get our room keys reactivated. I complained several times to the front desk employees. Not once did they ever offer an apology for our troubles. I told the front desk employee that I didn’t feel like should have to pay for the room with the broken air conditioner. They said they would have the manager get with me, and that never happened. I called Choice Hotels directly to complain and ask for a refund of the price for one of the rooms. Choice Hotels called the hotel and they said they would refund one night’s stay. Choice Hotels gave me the number to call the hotel directly which I did. Heather, evidently the manager, asked me why I didn’t report any of these problems and I told her I did, every day, to the front desk staff. By this time I was very upset. Heather told me I wouldn’t get anywhere by being “sh*tty” to her. Bottom line the name of this hotel should be “Poor Quality Inn.” The only thing good I can say about it is that it’s right off the highway in a convenience location. Run, don’t walk away from this place.
