Don’t stay here! One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the tub, the faucet on the tub dripped all night, and the toilet wobbled. The worst part was the bugs, both dead and alive. One crawled across my daughter while she was sleeping.

Disappointing. Uncomfortable. Room was old & somewhat shabby. Loud when toilet was used in nearby or room above. Smelled of damp. At 4 am someone on floor above used the shower & water poured through bathroom ceiling in our room. Our shower could not be used in am. Towels were meager & thin, no washcloths.

Bed Bug & Roach Alert I tried to give this ZERO stars but it wouldn't let me. Tonite we stayed at this hotel. I woke up at 1am with something crawling on my face. I turn on the light and it was a BED BUG. I threw the pillow out in the hallway and called the desk. As I was waiting in her to pick up I looked over at the other bed and there was ANOTHER bed bug. I told the lady "OH HELL NO" and asked to be moved to another room. She said she'd move us next door and would bring us a key. As I’m standing at the door talking to her I look down and there’s ANOTHER bed bug crawling in the way. We've been in a brand new Tru by Hilton for a week and have a LOT of crap! We drag it all out in the hallway. As we are toting in all our crap my husband Sees a ROACH in the corner. At least this one was dead but I know his family was lurking somewhere nearby. I tell her I want a different floor. So now we tote all our crap up to the 3rd floor. It's the middle of the night and I'm running around the hotel in pajamas. I'm wide awake and I'm afraid to turn the light off. We're supposed to stay another night but I'll be checking out come daylight! We fully planned on checking out at 6am even though we had another night booked. We had somewhere to be at 630. The elevator was down. We didn’t have enough time to tote a weeks worth of crap for 3 people down 3 flights of stairs. The desk said someone was on their way. We came back at 11:30 and the elevator was STILL down. The new desk clerk said that it wouldn’t be getting fixed this day because of Covid. We ended up having to drag our crap down 3 flights anyways. We checked into another nearby Hilton. I’m paranoid that I’m going to get home with bed bugs and roaches in my luggage. The hotel did comp the nights stay but it wasn’t worth the trouble we endured. THERE WERE BED BUGS CRAWLING ON MY FACE WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. Nothing makes up for that!

Yuck!! The sign says Hampton Inn, but feels like something else. Hilton Diamond member and this must be the worst Hilton property they put their name on. Parking lot is a nightmare, and most common areas are outdated. They made a decent attempt at updating the rooms, but that only went as far as the furniture. The bathroom sink had been updated but I was scared to bath because the tub was dirty and fixtures were rusty. Caulking around tub was bad as well. The doors, walls and carpet should be done next to really tout about an “update” in your online marketing. Honestly felt like I was staying at a place that will “leave the light on for you.” Check in process was satisfactory but not as welcoming as most Hampton Inns. If you are like me and try to only stay at Hilton properties then drive a couple miles north to the other two properties near Denison. You will be much more pleased.
