Steven is the best thing about this place. Steven at the bar is the best. Steven is the best thing about this place. It is still undergoing renovations and leaves much to be desired but Steven is amazing and makes all things better each night. The renovated rooms are still a mess. Mine has paint in the tub, the step for shaving is partially ripped off the wall, tiles are uneven, the lotion/soap is ripped off the wall, the paint job is a mess and the wiring shows under the mirror. The ac doesn't work great but the bed is comfy. Honestly the only reason I've stayed so long is because Steven at the bar. He's a gem and truly the best. The laundry is broken... pools still closed and the gym... it's yeah.

Nice newly remodeled rooms were very nice. “After trying a few other hotels in the area, this one was a refreshing change. The hotel has been completely remodeled, and the renovations were done beautifully. The room was spacious, well-designed, and felt modern and comfortable. One minor drawback was the lack of a door between the bedroom and living area, which could let in light and noise if one person gets up earlier or stays up later than the other. The breakfast, priced at $16.50, was decent but a bit on the expensive side. Overall, the new decor and fresh flooring added to a pleasant stay. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.”

Extremely disappointed No shuttle service to airport until 8am! What about 6 am flights? I was told that shuttle driver was on vacation and no one was covering for him/her. Unbelievable. Had to order an Uber. Will never stay here again, especially since one of the reasons I selected this hotel was because of the close proximity to the airport and the shuttle amenity. Poor staff management

Worst Hotel Experience ever! Worst hotel experience ever! Room appeared to be very clean but the smell was horrendous. It was heavily air freshened but there was this awful smell. Next day the smell was overwhelming, toilet backed up, coffee pot didn’t work. I asked for my money back for the 2nd night to go to another hotel. They said because I had the discounted price of $ 124, the best they could do was move me to another room. It was around 10 am. At 2:30 I was still waiting on another room. Tried to wait in the lobby but the sound of a jackhammer drove me to sit outside in the high humidity. I will never stay at the Hilton again, I would probably have a more pleasant stay with Motel 6.

Good lodging experience Clean rooms. I love the lay out of the King suite for a little longer stay, seems to have good security and quiet. I've stayed here in the past and always the staff is nice and helpful. Has good gym, pool, relaxing location. Good choice. Ask for Ryan
