Good enough for an impromptu stay. This hotel is near a shady area but it does its job. The woman at the front desk was friendly and was very helpful. When we walked into the room, it had a strong ammonia smell to it and the pillow cases smelled as if they were dirty. The tub needs to be worked on. The hotel needs updating. The man that was tending to the breakfast area was rude and seemed as if everyone bothered him. He was literally eyeing us and others as we were serving our breakfast. The juice machine was out of order but the coffee was great! It was an ok hotel but we won’t be staying there again.

Not Up to IHG Standards Very disappointed in the stay overall. Other than being conveniently close to the airport, I can’t see much else good to say. Here’s a list of some obvious disappointments: -Locks on doors outside and inside weren’t working -Very little help from the front desk - No water at desk or in room - Drink dispenser in dining room not working - Halls, elevator and common areas messy

Did not meet expectations This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. We were with a wedding block so we saw multiple rooms. The bathrooms looked like the cracks had been caulked over a dozen times, the doors were chipping, the carpets were stained, the bed skirts were stained, the furniture was stained, etc. When we arrived, there were two hairs in the bathroom, one in the sink and one on the bathtub rim. Gross. We did not complain bc it just didn’t seem worth it. This seemed status quo. The breakfast was pretty good, so that was a redeeming fact. The kids liked the pool. The gym was very small and so hot it felt like you were there for hot yoga. The room keys never worked, so nearly every time we left our room we had to go back to the front desk to have the key reset. It became frustrating. A couple rooms had to call maintenance and we did see evidence of maintenance tools throughout the hotel. The doors slammed loudly. It just looked like a big work in progress and didn’t make for a relaxing or enjoyable stay at all. We paid something like $179 a night, but it felt like $89 would have been more appropriate for the quality of the hotel.
