Quality Inn Simpsonville - Greenville

Don’t stay here if you value your safety and health Booked a room for 3 people online without a problem. Checked in and informed the lady checking me in that there were 3 people for the king bed with sleeper sofa. She said my room number multiple times loud enough for the 6 other people in the lobby to hear. Red flag. The room had been remodeled and it was pretty nice but the sheets, comforter, wash cloths, and towels were all stained. I stayed alone the first night and felt very unsafe after the announcement of my room number and the multiple people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot until very late. I pulled the sofa in front of the door. When my friends came the next day, I asked for sheets and pillows for the sleeper sofa. They don’t have sheets for it because it’s just used to sit on inside of sleep in. Why have it then?! I was provided a stained sheet and stained comforter and the front desk lady knew they were stained and apologized that she couldn’t give me different ones. She told me to put the stains on the bottom instead of by my head. WTF?! When I got back home I received a call from the lady that checked me in to ask me to pay extra for the 3rd person in my room. Absolutely not! You knew from the beginning I had 3 people for 1 night and didn’t care. There’s NO way I’m giving you extra money for the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Do NOT stay at this hotel if you value your safety, health, or money.

Room right off the interstate We got here late at night and the guy was great and friendly and made check in a quick time. If you don’t want to have their breakfast or miss it, there is a Waffle House next door I have a cousin who just moved there, so I think we are going to be staying here again at some point

Manager is extremely unprofessional Horrible service. I went downstairs to eat my complimentary breakfast. While I was making my plate the front desk clerk comes up to me and comments about the amount of food I was getting and tells me that the food must be eaten in the breakfast area. I sat down and ate, I didn't care for one of the items so when I was finished I got up and threw away my stuff. He them questions me again on why I was wasting food. I leave to return to my room and he follows me demanding me to show him what I have in my pockets. I told him to stop harassing me and I have returned to my room. I called the front desk to speak to a manager only to find out that this guy was the manager. He was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Worst place ever Worst hotel ever manger was the rudest person ever. He tried to kick us out for having a visitor step in our room that we paid for. Never I repeat never come here. They lie about the price and it’s just a terrible experience

4 night stay with family. Would stay here again. Does seem to be under renovations. Front desk person was friendly through out the check in process. I booked this room for my family using the choice hotels app. A 4 night stay in the only 3 double bed room they offer. My room was not ready at 4 pm when I tried to check-in. She asked if we mind waiting for it to be cleaned. So we went and got lunch. The room was ready when we came back. Thank you. The pool is CLOSED. I was under the impression from what she said "the pool is open" so that is what made me wait past check in time for the room. These 2 amenities. The breakfast is not a full hot breakfast. But does offer bagels, yogurt, cereal, toast , juice,coffee, and waffles. The room was okay, beds a little bouncy. Some base board pieces missing. A bit of mold on the ceiling. Other wise a budget friendly motel . Location great lots within walking distance.
