Beautiful Property This Quality Inn sits a one-minute drive from the interstate. Enormous gas station nearby. Motel feels new and is very attractive. Our check-in was painless and we were in our second floor room within minutes of arriving. Huge room with plenty of sitting area, king bed, slow wifi, view of the parking lot. All was well except the breakfast area. Coffee was not hot, and we could not fix that as we left in a pouring rain.

Happy to stay and hope to return! Truly some of the nicest staff members of any place I've ever stayed and I travel quite a bit. The hotel is immaculately clean, beds are comfortable and very important to me, no weird smells. I have asthma and many hotels use carpet deodorizers that I am highly allergic to. And, to be honest, those are only used because the carpets are dirty and smell. This hotel was clean and perfume free which made my stay very enjoyable. There were a few hiccups, like the outlets tend to be loose so things do not stay plugged in very well. It would be great if those outlets were replaced but that was just annoying and didn't affect our quality of stay. Keep up the great work and your excellent customer service.

32nd Wedding Ann My husband and I came in for our 32nd wedding anniversary. We had no issues checking in. Fast and very courteous! The two ladies we saw, while coming and going were both very nice and personable! Our room was so nice! The mini fridge was awesome for our drinks! The bed was very comfortable and no issues with any noise. Bathroom fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Would definitely recommend this hotel! I compared many other hotels in the area and Quality Inn is -hands down the best! Would love to stay again!

Good road trip hotel Good for a one night stop over on a road trip. Clean. A bit dated, but not bad at all. Overall comfortable and good value. Olive Garden Restaurant across the highway which we enjoyed for dinner. Breakfast had hot food and good selection. No complaints!

Good enough for a road trip stopover Slidell is 5-6 hours east of Houston, so a suitable place for a stopover after an “afterwork” departure. The breakfast is better than many of these chain hotels. My only (minor) gripe is that the pillows are too soft if you are a side sleeper. Notwithstanding that, I would stay here again.
