Stop over from coming home from vacation. This hotel needs some updating. The bathroom had broken tiles, paint chipping, and mold in the shower area. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly. I turned down the temperature, and it never changed. Love the idea of having 3 queen size beds in the hotel room for families.

Disappointing I often stay at Comfort, Quality, or Sleep Inns. I don’t believe I was ever disappointed until today. Hallway and room smelled. Mold on curtain. Shabby. Good thing was we only had to stay here 1 night. Desk clerk was very nice.

There is no pool but everything else is good The manager is a really nice person. Everybody that works there is super nice. The breakfast is okay and they have a waffle machine and it's free but it shuts down like 9:30. The problem I had is they say they have a pool. They don't. They have a sign saying 'Pool closed today' taped right on the counter. The pool has been closed forever in other words. If it was just an off day, they would have a little Thumbtack or something temporary saying oh sorry it's closed today. And I liked everybody there but that's not fair advertising I would have stayed somewhere else cuz I wanted to sit in the Sun by the pool. When's it going to open up? They said when the park comes LOL. Where did you buy to the part from Sears which is now bankrupt? If you don't have a pool don't lie and say you have one and if you have one and everybody's going there may want to use the pool, have it working don't lie. It's really false advertising to say you have a pool when you know it's closed all the time. In their defense I looked around and I think a lot of other hotels are doing the same thing so if you're going anywhere near there I would call for us to make sure the pool is working before you buy their room. Finally the TV has some HDMI input which I love because I bring my own home but it's bolted to the wall so you can't get your hand in there to connect it. The solution is get a paint stirrer from Walmart which is a flat piece of wood.. use black electrical tape to tape your HDMI cord on to it so it's solid and then it can use that to put that to put it in the edge of your HDMI socket if you want to use your Roku. I liked everybody but I something is fair my dad will take some pool when you just don't want to open the thing. Other than that it was average but above average because of the people who work there

Don't stay here! Thought we'd save some money over our usual Hampton Inn or Marriott chains, but so not worth it! Front desk hardly talked at all, certainly no nice welcome. I was already in my pajamas when I realized the toilet didn't work (pre-clogged or ??) We called the front desk to come fix the issue but instead they made us move to another room. There was no apology at all, just toss us a new set of key cards. The second room smelled HORRIBLE, no idea of what, unlike anything I've smelled before. Dust on lots of surfaces like not used in awhile. Broken toilet paper roll holder, but toilet works. Pink goo in the fridge. We were so tired we just cranked up the AC to try to battle the smell and went to bed. Breakfast was very minimal, no cereal, coffee maker broken, toaster broken. This was my first time trying this chain in many years, and will be my last. Good thing it was just a 1 night's sleep on a road trip.
