Nice Remodel The previous time we stayed here they were remodeling and when we stayed this time it was very nice. The room was very clean, and we liked the mattress. All the employees were great and helpful. The breakfast was really good and had great variety. They also have an evening meal, which we didn't enjoy because we were visiting relatives. We will definitely consider stay here the next time we are in Snyder.

Non truthful I advise anyone staying here to ask for exact amount being charged to your credit card, including taxes. I late afternoon and asked the young lady behind the counter the charges for two (2) nights. I am 77 years old, veteran and travel alone. After looking at their computer, she said it would cost me $99.00 for both nights. I thought that was fine since I had seen the Snyder Baymont Hotel charging $50.00 per night and having good reviews as the Holiday Inn. I paid and and when I left I was given a receipt for $227.70. It was very early in the morning so I didn"t review the charges. I returned to Denver, Colorado and next morning I got on my computer and see where I am going to be charged $267.70. I was given false information, just to stay there. This also happened to my brother from Mississippi when we stayed there on another occasion. He was charged a lot more than what he was quoted. I feel like I was ripped off. I will never stay there again when visiting my extensive family. I believe this hotel should hire truthful who are incompetent . Domingo

Great place to stay! Rain and Angela are so sweet and helpful! Free dinner with your stay! Tonight was chicken or beef fajitas broccoli carrots fresh fruit fresh cookies and soda. Every night dinner changes! Thank you Rain and Angela for being helpful! Rooms are clean!

Not clean. Within 5 minutes in the room, I found a very long hair in the tub, a bug in the bed and a toilet that wouldn’t shut off until my husband fixed it. Chose not to take a shower or use the bed. The breakfast was not appetizing, manufactured, but I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt on that and blame Covid.

Clean property and excellent front desk service Don’t bother with the other properties in Snyder. The rooms at the HIE are way larger than the other places where my coworkers are staying. The rooms are super clean which is an important factor during covid. The front desk managers, Michelle and Brandel, have been so darn accommodating I couldn’t help but get online and write up a review. There are a ton of amenities and the staff just couldn’t be nicer. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in this town because there is no way I would be treated this good. The rooms being bigger is just a bonus.
