Wonderful stay Awesome, awesome stay. Super nice front desk, nice work out room, wonderful variety for breakfast. Clean clean clean! Shout out to Dale! The light shorted out in our room and he came up with a lamp. Stopped us from having to move. Would happily stay here again.

No guest laundry As part of our road trip, we ended up here for an overnight. Very friendly front desk staff, hotel is clean and room was perfect. A/c works great! But note for future travelers: no guest laundry at this location, which was a bummer as we had planned for this to be a laundry stop. Every location should have guest laundry, Hampton Inn!

Comfortable Holiday Stay at Hampton Inn Cleveland-Solon Two night stay for two rooms for Christmas Eve and Day. Clean, comfortable stay with a holiday feel. Good sized room and clean shower. Staff professional and helpful. Warm varied breakfast with bakery. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME!! We stayed here at this Hampton Inn this past weekend for a Fencing Regional Tournament for my Daughter. And OMG Michelle in the front desk was AWESOME. It was our 1st time in the area she was just a wealth of knowledge & professionalism. Best of all she was very personable & extremely nice to my daughter.. She could tell it was her 1st big tournament.. she ended up giving her a good luck toy bracelet that made her smile.. She ended up taking 1st Place!! On top of that accommodations and breakfast were very clean & well kept. Were usually IHG Club members.. but yeah.. this place is excellent!! Much love to the staff!!

Vacation in Cleveland The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful the first 3 nights that we were there. Not sure if he was there the last 2 nights. We needed extra trash bags the 2nd night and he happily provided. We requested a room refresh the third night for the following day and he happily provided and even gave us extra towels. Our last full day, the day before we checked out, we left to do some sightseeing. We had thought we left the do not disturb sign on the door. It must have fallen off because when we returned later that afternoon, we found our room had been refreshed without a request to do so. It was fine, just not expected.Our door sign did keep falling off, so it may need to be replaced. The lady at breakfast our first morning was extremely helpful when we were unaware that there were 2 areas for food for the breakfast buffet. The only complaints I have are the lack of gas stations and fast food type restaurants nearby as in within walking distance. Additionally, our last night, around 8:45 PM, when we were trying to get to sleep, it sounded as if housekeeping was doing some vacuuming. Not very nice considering we were trying to get sleep before a 5 hour trip back home. The rest of our stay was great.
