Handicapped room was clean. I will return. I stayed here on a Sunday night. Quiet location. Beautiful contemporary style lobby and breakfast area. I value a clean bed and bathroom above all else. This motel met my expectation. I reserved a handicapped room even though I am not handicapped. I have found that these rooms are less used and more likely to be clean. I had room 123 at the end of the long left hall. I will definitely return.

Hotel was filthy and it stunk like cigarettes and dog urine This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever tried to stay at, and I do mean tried! It took the girl at the desk 20 minutes, just to get the computer to work then we were given a room that smelled like it belong to Smokey the bear then we requested another room and it smelled like dog urine and the sheets were damp. I asked for my money back and they Would not return my money so I suggest to you that you move on and find a cleaner hotel and a hotel that cares about service because this one is not it !

Very Professional Hotel is very professional and made check in and check out very easy.The staff makes you feel apart of the family.

Best of worst First didn’t have our Priceline reservation made two months before trip. Seems like a Priceline issue but either way not good start Once that settled we got what they call king ( booked two queens) and I’m fully sure it is a full bed. Rooms are tiny with extremely limited counter space There is a shower and bathtub Good TV Limited but good breakfast with pancake machine No room refresher the three nights stayed. Two towels One last thing no light( any form of illumination) at the entrance and extremely difficult to turn into parking lot with traffic Reason 3 instead of lower. Have stayed in better in area but have stayed in similar star level and out of the lower tier, this one best of the heap.

Southern Pines, NC Microtel off Winstar Pl. Hallway smelled like weed Found someone's used underwear found pubic hair on the shelf of the bathroom and on the floors found trash up and down the hallway and stair well made me drive back 12 hours total drive time to get my driver's license that they had behind the counter all weeks even with multiple visits to report my problems
