Highly recommended! I am disabled, every effort was made to accommodate my needs. Rooms were clean, and quiet, with well cared for common areas, decent hot breakfast, attentive, courteous staff. Convenient, just off the highway but no highway noise. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Smaller rooms Our IHG club member profile states a preference for a room near the elevator. This was completely disregarded and we were given the room furthest from the elevator which also happens to be significantly smaller than the other rooms on the floor. Don’t accept rooms ending in 00,01,50 or 51. If we had time I would have asked to change rooms.

Security The property was ok. My biggest concern was the door on the backside of the hotel was card access, however it was unlocked for anyone to walk in. A member of our group mentioning this to the front desk, the person acted surprised, but nothing was done. It's not the nicest area, I would not have liked staying there alone.

Express Stay Odd hotel to try and navigate to, but its nice its tucked off the main drag which is better for noise. Easy check in. The hotel is split level, so the front door is on the first floor, back door 2nd floor. Room is a nice size despite being a double bed room. A lot of built ins as well. Bathroom was pretty big and very modern. Only "issue" I had was a lot of people seemed to be coming and going even past midnight or so and I did hear them in the parking lot. Other than that I slept great, very comfy pillows and mattress, WiFi worked well. I'd stay again.

A Problem Made Right Conveniently located off I-84, we experienced a disappointing start with a room assignment which was turned around by Paulette on the front desk. I reserved a standard room with a king bed through Hilton central reservations to discover on check-in that our standard room was a small end room without even a desk. Paulette offered to move us to a 2 queen bed room for the same price. She said the person making the reservation specified the small standard end room. Lesson learned--check when booking to know what you're getting. Kudos to Paulette--she even helped us move. Room No. 2 was clean with a fridge, comfy beds, two chairs including the desk chair, and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very adequate with sausage patties, pancakes, cereal, etc., in a pleasant sitting area. The attendant kept the buffet stocked and cleaned. There are a few fast food and other restaurants in the area along with gas stations. All in all, a good stop and hotel choice.
