Fresh remodel. Stayed for 2 nights August 24, I have stayed here about 2 years earlier. The remodel is complete and everything looks like a new modern hotel. Our room showed no signs of wear and was clean and new. All the staff was friendly we interacted with. Breakfast was standard Hampton fair. It was busy but the staff kept it refilled. We didn’t use the pool but the pool deck looked nice and large. The only downside was a couple homeless people wondering around in the vicinity of the property. This is the same for all the hotels in the area around the airport. Basically the same as every west coast city in 2024.

A Special Hampton Inn We have stayed in many Hamptons; this one was the best of all! There is a lovely tree-lined road in (and we were told that the owner was readying beautiful flowers too). Our room on the back side was quiet, and like the entire inn, immaculate. The indoor pool and hot tub were resort-like. There is a restaurant on-site for nicely done, typical Hampton breakfasts. It converts to a small bistro for a light dinner. Everyone was friendly and we were able to decompress after busy days seeing the sights. We highly recommend this Hampton.

Nice hotel This is a nice place to stay away from the hussle and bustle of Spokane traffic. The room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman suggested the Rusty Moose for dinner. It isn't very far and it was really good. The atmosphere is a rustic cabin feel. There is a walmart by the restaurant and gas stations so you can gas up and be ready for the next day. The pool looked really inviting but we didn't have time to experience it. It has a large area with tables and loungers to enjoy. There is also an outside seating area.The morning breakfast was the usual selections. The food was good. They have a nice seating area off the lobby as well. We have stayed here before and will continue if we are passing through.

Do not stay horrible customer service Do not stay here! I was quoted a daily rate and then over charged at check out by over $100. They gave an excuse of taxes but the nightly rate not including taxes was higher by $30 a night. Simple theft. We stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. There were loud partiers next door which the hotel did nothing about. So on top of paying way too much money to stay in a sub par hotel we had an awful experience.

Great Hotel Great location off the freeway. Close to the airport with free parking. Great breakfast included. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. The area is safe but about 3 miles in any direction is questionable. The staff was professional and friendly. Restaurant areas were clean. Great variety for breakfast.
