Good Time Turn Bad The overall stay was wonderful until I left my RayBan shades on the bed and the housekeeper kept them. When I called back they reported there were no shades on the bed. I know they were left on the bed.

Stay Elsewhere There is no way this hotel should have more than a one-star ranking! It is horrible. When we checked in, we were not greeted at all, let alone recognized as a Hilton Honors member. Rude, rude, rude! Cold coffee in the lobby (no response), awful smell by the elevators, ignored when we returned from dinner (the clerk just stared at us from the dining area as he talked on his cell phone). The room was just a room, outdated, depressing. The woman working the breakfast was the only joy in the place-the meal itself was predictable. When I attempted to go back to the room to get our luggage, BOTH elevators had stopped working. I told the clerk at the desk ( a new rude front desk person) and he said, "They work." No, they don't! I trudged up and down the stairs with our belongings only to find the entire staff gathered around the elevators, laughing about how they were both out of service. No apology, not even a look my way. We sat in the lobby for nearly an hour with our client and still the man never said a word. When I walked to the desk to hand in my keys, he wouldn't even look at me. AND, I was never sent a Hilton survey (surprise!). I contacted Hilton and asked for an apology from the hotel. The online person apologized and offered me 10,000 points. No, I want an apology from the hotel. And 10,000 points is NOTHING. So, they said for sure someone from the hotel would contact me, and Hilton would be refunding my money, but taking away the points. They did take away my points, but it's been six weeks with no refund and no apology. I just cancelled my upcoming stay at a Hampton Inn. I will not stay there anymore, and no Hilton's at all unless there are no other options.

Desk Staff are Very Poor and Hotel is Sub Par for Hilton Brand! Don't Bother! **If you find this review helpful, please let us know by clicking the like button below! Thank you!** Front Desk staff here are a joke! We had reservations and still, they had trouble finding them! T By the way, the hotel was nearly empty! We entered the room and the smell was overwhelming!! I went to the desk to complain! I then asked for an upgrade if available as the hotel was empty and was given one, but then I was charged for it! We went to the room and when I looked at our charges I found we were charged for the upgrade!! I again went to the front desk and also asked why I was charged for the upgrade as the hotel was empty. The clerk said it was standard practice! We then downgraded to the room we reserved and we were asked to move! WHAT! The new room was exactly like the room we had just left. This Hotel is not an exceptional Hotel or location! The rooms are OK but not great! The final stroke was breakfast, which for a Hilton Hotel Group was meager at best! We will NEVER stay at this hotel or ANY Hampton Inn again! Hilton you need to be aware of what this brand is doing to your brand!

Never again This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. 1. There was a strong odor when we walked in and it remained the length of our stay. 2. There is a lot of highway noise. They should fill the rooms on the back side of the hotel first to try to avoid this. 3. The breakfast was not good at all. Very weak coffee. Oatmeal that was wasn't cooked. Just floating in water. We will not ever choose this hotel again.

Worthless front desk Don’t even bother stopping here. The front desk is worthless and will just dismiss you on any concern you have. They will offer no solution or resolution. Did not help with any problems we had and pushed us out.
