Good place for extended stay if you can overlook a few things. First appearances mean a lot. The property is attractive overall. The units are made like flats, with separate entries. The room is spacious. There are three closets (two open). Kitchen has stove, fridge w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, and sink. Main room has sofa, two beds, one three-drawer chest, and one eight-drawer chest. TV is high up on wall over chest—an advantage, since it is out of the way (I NEVER watch TV in a hotel room). Unit has individual water heater and central air conditioner. Fan can be set to shut off with temperature—an advantage. One low table with lamp by door, and bar with stools between kitchen and room. Adequate electrical outlets (but see comments). Wi-fi worked well and was very fast (28.3mbs) but lacks security. Bed was very good. Room was tastefully decorated. Floor had carpet in main room; tile in bath; remainder was simulated wood. Very small patio/balcony with sliding glass door doubled as window (air conditioning units were on patio). My room was very quiet for the most part. But... property is dated, and maintenance could be better. Some things I observed were: at first glance, coffee maker had no carafe and microwave oven lacked turntable (but see below); display on microwave was defective (but it still worked okay if I pushed the correct buttons); aerator was broken on bathroom faucet; no electrical outlet was available near night stand, and one outlet was concealed behind the bed—that was the outlet I needed for my CPAP. No alarm clock is furnished. Common areas outside the rooms needed sweeping. I borrowed a broom to sweep the mat in front of the door. When I used the room telephone to call the front office, the receiver cord pulled out—the little clip was broken. When I opened the dishwasher to check inside, I found all the dishes, the missing parts to the coffeemaker, and the turntable to the microwave—they had been washed but had not been put away. As I was writing this, a man with a leaf blower came around and blew off the leaves and debris outside. But he blew it onto the door mat, so I had to sweep the door mat again. After three days, the wi-fi logged out, and I had to log in again. The carpet looked clean enough, but after three days in the room, the bottoms of my blue slippers were black. I washed them off, and they got black again, so it had to come from the carpet. The location was ideally situated for my needs. The rate was very reasonable. I made the reservation two years ago and had to postpone it one year because of “the virus”; they honoured the original rate. Overall, this is a good place to stay long-term if you can tolerate a few shortcomings. One could almost live here. Note: Some of the units are funished differently. My friends stayed here in a different unit, and I had the opportunity to see their unit. Their unit had a fireplace, and the sofa faced the fireplace. The sliding door was further down the wall, and the bed was on the short wall. They had a chair at the low table. But their room had no chest of drawers. The TV was on a swivel mount on the wall between the fireplace and the sliding door. The hotel lacks elevators and sprinklers. The air conditioner units for both storeys rest on a tiny patio outside the sliding door on the lower floor, but they were not excessively noisy. One bathroom light is on a timer.

Nope It’s hard to find and not lit very well. Scuzzy people walking around. Walked into the room and it looks nothing like the pictures. Hasn’t been maintained or updated and smelled like stale cigarettes. Was supposed to be nonsmoking. Immediately checked out.

HOTEL FROM HELL The pictures don’t depict the actual rooms AT ALL! I stayed in C314 which had a 4 inch hole in the tub covered up by a rubber mat, a broken coffee pot that I had to fix, no place to put your clothes other than shelving in the bathroom. Went to take a shower and the towels were filthy. There is no “Free Breakfast” as advertised. The bathroom sink is full of cracks like it’s older than Moses. The walls appear to have experienced leaks as the pain and sheet rock are pulling loose. I was running low on toilet paper and happened to see the cleaning person outside the door. Asked her for another roll, she didn’t look at me and handed me a roll. The fireplace hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, but I find it odd that a fireplace is available, yet they don’t offer wood to burn. This was a suite, with a futon and that would have been fine, however there wasn’t any bedding for the second bed at all. I can certainly see why they charge your card well before the end of your stay. I would have left this nasty place. Do yourself a favor, find a different place to stay.

Nasty We got to the room late at night with 2 little ones who just wanted to sleep. There was dried pee on toilet and bunch of hair. Every inch of room was either dirty or falling apart. Bathroom was so gross. Thank goodness we had antibacterial wipes with us. Beds are old and worn out. Black looking mold above the shower. I will never stay here again. Place was actually nice before back round 2000 before the new owner bought it.

ROACHES, MICE, WASTE ON FLOOR & WALLS, NASTY DISGUSTING FILTH The pics online look so much nicer than the actual rooms: cockroaches, torn up flooring, toilet schmutz on the wall, and food stuck to the wall in the kitchen, the ovens, (in each room) were dirty, the top of the fridge was greasy and the ceiling was covered in debris from the vents. But wait, there's more! Because of the cockroaches we changed rooms and low and behold, the tv didn't work and it smelled of old cigarette smoke, but it was freezing cold and we were assured there were no roaches, "that we know of in this particular building" and the room had already been "inspected" and passed... The next morning I took a shower only to discover the hard way there is a hole in the bottom of the tub covered by a cheap thin tub mat installed crooked to cover said hole-a nasty surprise when my heel landed in the hidden "crevice", "gulley, " hole".. When I called the front desk the manager admitted, "they" were "masking the problem and not fixing it." That's a quote. No apologies or concern for my well being. I made it into the kitchen to get some water and there, big as life, is a MOUSE on the countertop staring at me! I called the front desk and said, "that's it, I'm gone, this place is filthy with garbage, roaches and mice, what kind of place is this?" and was told, "I'll just refund your stay" No discussion, no questions, no noticeable surprise to her at all, just a heavy sigh and the quickest way to stop dealing with the situation. I walked back to the kitchen and found a second mouse, (all grey this time) INSIDE my bag of tortillas, (see pics). First cockroaches crawling across my food, now this! Just vile. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE to put people's health and safety at risk, to refuse to perform safety maintenance, or rent rooms when a property is literally crawling with problems. We checked out early with bug bites, in pain, disappointed, frustrated, and disgusted. I asked to have the owner call me but he never did. This is by far the worst "hotel" I have EVER visited, bar none.
