Great welcome from the staff The front desk staff, both in and check out were delightful. They were friendly, offered a warm welcome and very professional. They chatted with guests and made the whole experience very pleasant. The hotel was great with up to date rooms and amenities.

Great Stay! We stayed at the Hampton Inn South on our way to Branson, and really enjoyed it! In fact, we ended up staying there on our way back too! The people there were so very friendly, the rooms/hotel were very clean, and they had a very good selection of items for breakfast. It was one of the cleanest, friendliest hotels I have ever stayed at! We would highly recommend it!

Outstanding Customer Service at every turn! We have always done well with Hampton Inn's but the staff at the Glenstone Ave in Springfield MO went above and beyond in recent stays. We had stayed a week earlier and left a special pillow behind; it wasn't high value but important to us none the less. They had found the pillow and promised to hold it for us when we planned to stay again the following week. When we checked in for the follow-on stay, they had indeed saved and returned the pillow, for which we were very pleased and appreciative. When we checked out after the 2nd stay we found we had a billing issue that had not cleared up. I forget the names for sure but I think maybe Alicia(?) called me today to follow up about the billing issue. I had totally forgotten there was an issue and she stayed on the phone with me while I logged into my CC account. The issue was very much resolved and I appreciated very much the fact that they checked to be sure several days after the fact. It is a great comfort when traveling to have a known entity to stay at where we know exactly how things will go, each and every time, and this kind of customer service is almost a thing of the past. Huge kudos to all who helped us!!

Simply the Best! The team at Hampton Inn South is amazing! This hotel is consistently our favorite when we travel but this stay is exceptional! Knowing my husband is celebrating a benchmark birthday, we arrived to find an upgrade to a king suite but that’s just the start. In our room, we found a “happy birthday” banner, beautiful chocolates, a Starbucks gift card, and a birthday card signed by every member of the staff. Additionally, we’ve been encouraged to use the breakfast area for a casual drop in of friends during our stay. This hotel is sparkling clean, the breakfast exceeds other hotels where we’ve stayed and most important to us, the friendliness and professionalism exhibited is stellar! Stay here when you are in Springfield MO!

Highly Recommend We experienced an easy check-in, it is a very nice facility, spotless. The bed was comfortable, the staff was cheerful. The breakfast was quite good. We definitely recommend it for a stay in Springfield.
