Quality Inn & Suites

Close to almost everything!! Very convenient location, clean place, nice staff. It's a very quiet place with an indoor pool. Area appeared to be safe. You can go outside and walk the entire area. The breakfast had a lot of the same items daily, but it was ok. We will definitely stay again.

Worst place to stay I ended up with this motel by another motel getting the room for me. Wish I had not done that. Learnt my lesson on that. This was the worst motel that we had stayed in on our trip. The room smell bad, the rug didn’t look clean. Had no elevator, had to climb the stairs.

Poor Choice The first night the rooms were so pissy i had to get another room. The housekeeping said they were out of supply (Tissue to be exact) Very poor hotel choice for family. The beds also made me itch, what really put the icing on the cake the women customer service SUCKS!!!!!

Overall, a good place This is our go-to hotel in Springfield, but this was our worst stay there. First, we were double-charged for a rollaway, which I didn't discover until checkout. The room, supposedly an accessible one, looked like it was a regular room that had been retrofitted for accessibility. The sink and mirror were still at regular level, making it difficult to brush teeth, etc. The shower floor was exceedingly slippery and, when we asked about it, we were offered extra towels to put down on it. The shower drain was disgustingly filthy, but rest of shower was clean. The rest of the room was clean. We had to move furntiure in order to fit in the rollaway, and that meant nobody could get to the desk and had difficulty getting to the drapes. The breakfast was ordinary, just what you'd expect, but we did get to eat. It closes early, at 9 am. I think the worst part of our stay was that, when I reviewed this stay on the Choice Hotels website, the manager got a copy and emailed me. He said the room meets ADA standards....ok, maybe the law, but not the spirit, I say. He basically went on, defending the hotel and its policies. THEN, he said that if I didn't like the breakfast, I should have gone to a diner!! Great....encourage your patrons to go elsewhere. He basically said that the breakfast was complimentary, so I had no room to complain. I hadn't really complained, just said that it was ordinary. Overall, it was a good stay and we hope this was just a bump in the road for them. I'm guessing we'll stay there again and hope it is better. If not, there are plenty of others in town.
