Hospitality, see The hotel is great to staff are very friendly family orientated the rooms are nice and clean housekeeping, those professional to clean your room twice a week all the trash. Everything’s always put up away neatly on the floors in libra, cleaning the hotel manager and make sure she felt makes everyone welcome and this is such a great family oriented place to stay if you come in for a long stay you’re gonna have a fun day.

Good for travel, not vacation Very spartan l, but clean and convenient hotel. Located adjacent to a mall, it's very easy for staying out of the bustle and being within driving distance. The area outside is sketchy, but we did not have any problems. Staff is hit or miss with friendliness.

Made me feel like I’m at home Everything is wonderful at this hotel, the breakfast and the service is amazing. Makes you feel like you’re at home, housekeeping is amazing, never running out of based home supplies. Ac works perfectly… I will always return to this hotel.

Five stars Everything is great at Stay America in Springfield. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the area is unbeatable. Plenty of parking space, close to the Springfield shopping mall and close to metro. We really enjoyed here
