Very clean I have been staying at this hotel for 5 years and it is always very clean.front desk staff is so friendly. I will not stay anywhere else in the Springfield/Annandale area. They have dealt with COVID and made changes necessary.

Very Nice Rooms Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was always friendly and very helpful, especially when we had to extend our stay at least four nights. They were willing to give us the same special rate as our original booking, and always so pleasant.

Dirty undone rooms. Wont give refund back! Disgusting!!! Thats all can say. The guys walked in the room smelled like weed! both rooms were unmade. Pillows and comforters on the floors. The beds were stained!! Have several pic that i will upload. Walked out and demanded a full refund! They said to call when the manager was there. I been calling and calling to get a hold of the manager and he is never there! So now i lost over $300.00 for not staying in the most disgusting room ever. I ended up booking another hotel in the area for the guest to stay in. The nice Hotel name is State House inn. U pay a little more but nothing compared to this disgusting place. Save your self from this nightmare.

Lack of cleanliness in rooms Bathroom had all old products of Thr shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom had Open seals and soap scum on them. The Office chair broken and duct tape holding A/C cover in place was broken. Hallway was overflowing with garbage.

Nice hotel in a good location for those who are traveling for Biz. It is a good location and a nice hotel for those on the road. Im sure it would be equally as good for a personal trip if one was traveling as this property is off the main highway, yet somewhat clise to Alexandria Old Town if you really wanted to go.
